From the planning stages to powering on and everything in between, we make getting an electricity connection to your home simple and stress-free.
The designers at Property Run have extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering in applications; covering luxury residential properties, rail networks, commercial fit-outs and data centres.
Each of the teams is aware of the importance of holistically approaching projects and collaborating closely with the entire design team to avoid the production of disjointed designs that result in unnecessary compromises and a multitude of variation costs once construction begins.
In addition to working towards unified design strategies, we also ensure that proper attention is given to critical spatial coordination issues via our in-house CAD coordination staff. Our engineers keep up to date with the latest regulatory changes and energy efficiency related guidelines from CIBSE, BREEAM etc.
From the planning stages to powering on and everything in between, we make getting an electricity connection to your home simple and stress-free.
Ever-increasing carbon emissions are damaging our environment.
Property Run recognise this and are determined to make a difference through the design process. We offer solutions throughout a project, from concept to implementation, to ensure the correct BREEAM ratings, Part L, SAP etc. requirements are met. We provide design advice in order to ensure the best possible overall building performance.
In addition to the above, we offer a wide range of services for the measurement and monitoring of existing energy usage within buildings. We turn this information into a report that will allow the end-user to cut their carbon emissions and therefore fuel bills.
