Electrical Testing And Reporting – Communal Installations

The electrical system within the communal areas of a building also requires an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every 5 years. PropertyRun’s highly experienced and Qualified team of Electrical Engineers are able to inspect the Communal Areas of Residential or Commercial properties and provide Landlords and Property Managers with EICRs outlining whether the installations condition meets Current Safety Regulations. In the event of an unsatisfactory report, our team will provide a Report of Works required to bring the electrical installation in line with Current BS7671 Regulations.

Emergency Out Of Hours Service

We operate a 24-hour on-call service for electrical emergencies and urgent electrical safety issues for our Subscribers to this service. Landlords and Property Managers can be assured that the PropertyRun team can meet the emergency needs of their Residential and Commercial Portfolios with a same-day service where needed.

Inspection And Reporting

PropertyRun’s team of Qualified Electrical Engineers are able to provide Landlords, Property Managers and other Property Professionals with Inspection and Testing Services, including Visual Inspections and Planned Preventative Maintenance. Our Engineers and Head Office Team work closely with our Clients to ensure that a project or programme of works is undertaken efficiently and effectively, from initial contact through to completion (including Reporting, Repairing and Certification).
